Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the 3S Wallet ("the Wallet", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Wallet.

3S Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. We provide users with an interface to manage and interact with their digital assets on various blockchain networks. As we are a non-custodial wallet, we do not control your private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or other authentication credentials ("Credentials"). You are solely responsible for the storage and security of your Credentials.

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION PROVISION. ALL DISPUTES ARISING UNDER THIS USER AGREEMENT SHALL BE SETTLED IN BINDING ARBITRATION. ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND PARTICIPATION IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT.

1. License to Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Wallet in accordance with these Terms.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Wallet;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

2. User Responsibilities

You must keep all Credentials associated with the Wallet confidential. You are solely responsible for managing and maintaining the security of any information relating to such Credentials and agree that we shall not be held responsible (and you shall not hold us responsible) for any unauthorized access to the Wallet or any resulting harm you may suffer.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information.

3. Non-Custodial Wallet

3S Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. We never hold, control, or have access to your assets. You own and control your private keys. Therefore, we cannot access, reverse, or restore any transaction. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur on your wallet.

We are not a broker, exchange, payment, escrow, remittance, or merchant service. Our technology acts as an interface for users to interact directly with blockchain networks.

4. Agreement Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend, change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by updating the revised Terms of Use on the webpage and changing the "[Last updated:]" date on this page. Any and all modifications or changes to the Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon being announced on the website or released to users. Your continued use of the Services acts as acceptance of the amended agreement and rules.

5. Eligibility and Limitations

By using 3S Wallet, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and are an individual, legal person, or other organization with full legal capacity to enter into this User Agreement. If you are not, you and your guardian shall undertake all consequences resulting from your actions, and we shall have the right to cancel or freeze your account in addition to filing claims against you and your guardian for compensation.

6. Prohibition of Use

We maintain the right to select our markets and jurisdictions to operate and may restrict or deny our Services to certain countries. The content of this Agreement shall not be excluded from the laws of the country under which the user belongs. We maintain our stance that prohibited users are not to use or access 3S Wallet and any of its Services. Your use of 3S Wallet must not violate any applicable laws. You take responsibility for any consequences of your breach of this section.

You are not permitted to use any of the Services through the site if:

(A) you are in, under the control of, or a national or resident of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria or any other country subject to United States embargo, UN sanctions, the European Union or HM Treasury's financial sanctions regimes (each a "Sanctioned Country"), or if you are a person on the economic sanctions lists as published from time to time by applicable authorities (including, but not limited to the U.S. Commerce Department's Denied Persons List, Unverified List, or Entity List, or the EU financial sanctions regime) (a "Sanctioned Person"); or

(B) you intend to transact with or supply Services to a Sanctioned Country (or a national or resident of a Sanctioned Country) or Sanctioned Person.

7. Account Security

We have implemented industry-standard protections for our platform. With that said, there are account-level risks that are created by individual user actions. We request that you understand the need to independently take safety precautions to protect your own account and personal information. You shall be solely responsible for the safekeeping of your 3S Wallet account and password on your own, and you shall be responsible for all activities under your log-in email, 3S Wallet account, and password (including but not limited to information disclosure, information posting, consent to or submission of various rules and agreements by clicking on the website, online renewal of agreements, etc.).

8. Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to resolve issues and disputes at our sole discretion. Some issues include infringement of others’ rights, violation of laws and regulations, abnormal trades, and others not explicitly mentioned in the Terms. Users agree to bear the costs arising from the process of dispute resolution.

9. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information and helping you understand how your personal information is being used. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal information is collected, stored, protected, and used.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL 3S WALLET, ITS AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, INTANGIBLE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH AUTHORIZED OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE SITE, SERVICES, OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF 3S WALLET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF, KNEW OF, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

3S WALLET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY (A) UNSUPPORTED SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE; (B) THE MALFUNCTION, UNEXPECTED FUNCTION OR UNINTENDED FUNCTION OF ANY COMPUTER OR CRYPTOCURRENCY NETWORK, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSSES ASSOCIATED WITH NETWORK FORKS, REPLAY ATTACKS, DOUBLE-SPEND ATTACKS, SYBIL ATTACKS, 51% ATTACKS, GOVERNANCE DISPUTES, MINING DIFFICULTY, CHANGES IN CRYPTOGRAPHY OR CONSENSUS RULES, HACKING OR CYBERSECURITY BREACHES; (C) THE CHANGE IN VALUE OF ANY DIGITAL ASSET; (D) ANY CHANGE IN LAW, REGULATION OR POLICY, OR (E) FORCE MAJEURE EVENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3S Wallet, its affiliates, contractors, licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims and damages (including attorneys’ fees, fines, or penalties imposed by any regulatory authority) arising out of your breach or our enforcement of this Agreement. This shall also apply to your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or rights of any third party during your use of the 3S Wallet Services.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated by us, all intellectual property rights and any content provided in connection with the Site or the Services, are the property of 3S Wallet or our licensors or suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We do not give any implied license for the use of the contents of the Site or the Services. You accept and acknowledge that the material and content contained in or delivered by the Site or the Services is made available for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use only and that you may only use such material and content for the purpose of using the Site or the Services as set forth in this agreement.

13. Other Important Terms

Nobody else has any rights under this Agreement. This Agreement is between you and us. No other person shall have any right to enforce any of its terms. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end or make any changes to this Agreement.

If a court finds part of this Agreement illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of this Agreement operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

Even if we delay in enforcing this Agreement, we can still enforce it later. If we delay in asking you to do certain things or in taking action, it will not prevent us from taking steps against you at a later date.

Which laws apply to this Agreement and where you may bring legal proceedings. This Agreement is governed by Singapore law. Any dispute between you and us in connection with your 3S Wallet account and/or this Agreement may be brought in the courts of Singapore.
